When we de-humanize a place, a village in this case, what remains is something like a collective portrait of people through things that are left. Photos show imprints of dreams of inhabitants, both present and long past. What consists of a dream differs throughout time: during the communist period, collective labor and farming were prioritized, so these dreams’ physical imprints differ from younger ones, whereas some remain the same.
