Verbascum Thapsus


The film is dedicated to recording artistic working processes. Michael documents the creation of three drawings in real time with a 16mm camera, as a moment of form-finding. Nature builds itself from layered textures and forms found in nature. To create their own organic artworks. He observed and celebrated patterns that emerge in nature. A path through a dry river, fluctuating water levels are particularly typical of feet with branching channel shapes, also called river wilderness.
